Under the Dome is an American science fiction horror television series developed by Brian K. Vaughan and based upon the novel of the same name by Stephen King.^[1] Both Vaughan and King serve as executive producers along with Neal Baer, Justin Falvey, Darryl Frank, Jack Bender, Steven Spielberg, and Stacey Snider. Baer acts as day-to-day showrunner. Danish director Niels Arden Oplevdirected the pilot.^[2] The series premiered on CBS on June 24, 2013, at 10 pm Eastern.^[3]

"Mhysa" is the third season finale of the American medieval epic fantasy television series Game of Thrones, and its 30th episode overall. Written by executive producers David Benioff and D. B. Weiss, and directed by David Nutter, it originally aired on June 9, 2013 on HBO in the United States.^[4]

The episode revolves on the aftermath of the events instigated by "The Red Wedding": House Frey receives the Seat of Riverrun, Roose Bolton is appointed the new "Warden of the North", resulting to a victory to House Lannister while House Greyjoy begins a new military campaign. In the North, Maester Aemon sends out ravens to alert the whole of Westeros about the arrival of the White Walkers. And across the narrow sea, slaves of Yunkai receive Daenerys as their "mhysa", a fictional Ghiscari language word for "mother".^[5]

According to Nielsen Media Research, "Mhysa" was seen by 5.4 million household viewers in the United States, a twenty eight percent increase in viewership compared to the second seasonfinale, "Valar Morghulis". After its broadcast, the episode received generally positive reviews from television critics, with some of them addressing its anti-climactic closure of series' third season and its establishment of potential storylines for the fourth season, and describing the final scene as a "glimmer of hope".
